%26nbsp;%26nbsp;AJ套筒灌浆料是一种采用高等级水泥,石英类精细骨料、超细掺合料和多种功能性外加剂配制成的一种水泥基灌浆材料。现场按标定水量均匀搅拌,具有黏度低,流动性好,强度高,微膨胀无收缩等特点。适用于产业化装配式住宅预制混凝土构件的钢筋连接用套筒灌浆,也可用于大型设备的柱脚螺栓灌浆及钢结构柱脚的灌浆。

流动性好初始流动度大于300mm.

塑性膨胀浆体预拌完成后即开始膨胀,充分补偿水分蒸发等带来的塑性收缩。

高强早强3度可达普通灌浆料的28度,终强度达到85MPa以上。

二、%26nbsp;施工工艺

%26nbsp;%26nbsp;%26nbsp;基层处理处理施工面,清除掉基础表面的浮灰、油污等;进行人工或机械凿毛(或涂刷界面剂),所有施工面必须坚固,无明水;

检查套筒的灌浆孔及孔是否有堵塞的情况,如有堵塞需先进行疏通;

连接灌浆管,并好堵头;

按照推荐用水量加水搅拌灌浆料,推荐采用低速强制式搅拌机,一般搅拌3min左右;如果采用手电钻搅拌,搅拌后气泡较多,需要静置2min左右待气泡破后再灌浆;
